Cook ribs on the grill on medium heat until
caramelized on both sides.
Place in pan with retained marinade and if desired, spill some other liquid in (think beer, fruit juice or wine!) then top with YEP! STEAK SAUCE and cover. Let covered ribs simmer on the grill or in an oven at low heat until very tender (about an hour or so).
Serve with your favorite Blue Moon sauce or let your guests choose from several!
